Start off your June with your South Coast family!

We have a meeting tomorrow (6/1) in 2B at St. John’s, starting at 6:30. Bring your friends because it’s going to be an extraordinary night filled with laughs, memories, and the Holy Spirit! Also bring your CFC-Y ID!!

Tomorrow night’s festivities will include an activity and a showcase of what South Coast will be doing at PreCon.

So even if you’re not going to PreCon, come to our meeting! 

• If you are going to PreCon, comment on the facebook group’s post by TODAY!!!
  
  
• The last day to bring your PreCon registration money and consent form is when we leave. We are leaving at 3 am on June 2, Saturday. Tell your parents!!!
  
  
• For those who filled out the Google docs for preordering a shirt, bring your $13 on Friday or to dance/defenders/band practice. 
  
  If you did NOT fill out the Google doc and want a shirt, tell Irina and bring $15 on Friday or dance/defenders/band practice. 
  It is highly recommend that you buy a shirt if you’re going to precon and/or conference. Plus all extra money goes back to our cluster for future expenses. So the more shirts we sell, the better it’ll be! 
  You can still buy a shirt after precon but if you’re going to precon, it’d be best if you buy it beforehand.

  If you register after May 30, your PreCon fee will go from $25 to $30.

• Check in with your committee heads to know when your practice is. We have less than a week until PreCon, so everyone’s dedication is needed. Do your best to attend ALLLL practices, but if you cannot, let your committee heads know.
  
  
• July 20, we will be having a summer social from 2-8 pm at Gill Park. More details to come!
  
  
• For PreCon, PACK LIGHTLY!!!!! We will only be staying over for one night. Make sure you bring all the clothes you need. You need clothes for each competition (your committee heads will tell you what you’ll be wearing). PLEASE BRING MASS CLOTHES! Stay appropriate, brothers and sisters. Remember, you are in the Presence of our Lord.
  
  Also! Bring $20 for gas money and any extra money for food or any other expenses.

•  The ABSOLUTE LAST day to register for Conference is July 15. However, if you want a free limited edition water, register by May 30!

• MILPITAS HIGH! There is an unofficial CFC-Y Club meeting on Tuesday, May 29th at lunch outside G-9. It is not our regular meeting day so we can’t use the classroom, which is why we are meeting outside. Stop by for announcements and to turn in t-shirt money! (And sing happy birthday to one of our brothers!)

• For those who sold raffle tickets, DO NOT REGISTER ONLINE. Instead, fill out the mail-in form (you can do this online, so the writing will be more legible!) and print it out. Make sure your parents sign it and attach the money due. You should have received your ticket receipts back. On the bottom of the receipt is an amount of money credited towards you. That is not how much you need to pay. You pay $179 (the conference fee) minus however much money was credited towards you. Mail it to Tita Gemma, whose address is on the mail-in form. You must mail it in individually. Tito Ed recommends certified shipping for security reasons.

•  We are getting a headcount for PreCon. Tell your household head as soon as possible if you are going, who will then relay the information back towards our chapter/cluster heads. If you don’t know if you can go, you must make your decision BEFORE May 25. We are arranging rides and housing accommodations. So let us know if you’re going to PreCon as soon as you find out. Ask your parents now!
  
  
• If you are going to PreCon,

3. if you registered BEFORE May 30, bring $25 and your consent form when we meet up to leave for PreCon. If you register AFTER May 30, the fee is $30 and still bring the consent form (if needed).
    
4.  If you are going to PreCon, register RIGHT NOW. If you don’t know if you’re going to PreCon, ask your parents IMMEDIATELY and register once you get their approval.

• We are leaving for Bakersfield at 3 AM. NO FILIPINO TIME! We need to leave at 3 AM on June 2nd.
   
• There is a CFC-Y Club meeting at MHS on Monday in G-09 at lunch. Bring your friends! 
  
  
• Bring your money for the shirts on May 25th! Or you can bring them to Irina at the CFC-Y Club meeting if you go to MHS. $13 if you pre-ordered, $15 if you did not. If you are not sure if you filled out the google docs, contact Irina. 
  
  
•  If you still want a shirt, please talk to Irina as soon as possible. We have a limited number of each size. Each shirt will be $15 since it is not pre-order.

• Salinas is trying to revive their KFC, and will be having a KFC camp in late June. Keep either the 25th or 30th open if you are interested in serving and make sure you let Danica and Ryneheart know, as well as Kuya Pot. 
  
  
• On Monday, the parish leaders will meet with Fr. Ritchie to discuss uses of facilities and increasing parish participation.
